Referral
You do not need a referral to visit our clinic. Because our care is complementary to the care of your own doctor or practitioner(s), we recommend that you tell your practitioners that you are going to F-act Pelvic Pain Clinic. In doing so, you can ask directly that your doctor/ practitioner give you your medical records. Your doctor/ practitioner can also send the file to us. If you wish, we will contact your doctor/ practitioner(s).
